AI Inset Training Resources

Last week, we had a full day of AI inset training at my school, and I thought I’d share the resources (they are pretty detailed and took me a long time!) so other school leaders can run it themselves, or teachers wanting some training can do it independently.

The day is structured to essentially run itself, allowing schools to implement the training without needing extensive preparation or expertise. The focus is on how teachers can use AI to save time and enhance their effectiveness, though there are elements related to pupil use as well. The resources include worksheets, a specific ‘chatbot,’ and resource booklets with videos.

To run the inset, you will only need to:
-Decide the timings.
-Print and share electronic copies of the resources.
-Create a Padlet (very simple, message me if you aren’t sure).
-Decide the winners.
