About Me

Hello students!!!

My name is Alejandro Lopez, and I’m currently a second-year Aerospace Engineering and Management student at the University of Manchester.

I’m an advocate of scientific learning and love sharing this passion with others, as I truly believe that understanding science gives us a better perception of everything that happens around us. I’ve carried out work experience in many Scientific/Engineering companies such as Airbus, Brok-Air aviation group and Temisas astronomical observatory, amongst others. This experience has made me understand the benefits and challenges that we face once we get into the industry and has helped me shape my career path to the aforementioned. Furthermore, this has also helped me foster my technological, mathematical and problem-solving skills.

How I Can Help

Taking 11 GCSE and 4 A-levels have pragmatically proven to me how tough and stressful it can be to prepare for some exams. However, this has taught me very good methods for efficient and effective exam preparation. I really like to focus on developing students’ core understanding of the subject as it is crucial to have strong and firm foundations of the subject before building up. From past tutoring experience, this has proven to lead to an increase in interest and understanding from the student.
