About Me
I am Spanish but went to a British school, so I came to a university in the UK. I am finishing my Biomedical Sciences Bsc but I actually want to study medicine when I finish, as it has always been my passion. Some of my hobbies are sports like golf and tennis, art, and reading.
How I Can Help
I was a part-time tutor to a primary schooler in Science, Maths and English for a year, which has equipped me with strategies to simplify explanations and make the lessons enjoyable for younger children. I also taught some individual lessons to IGCSE students at school and at university I became a ‘parent’, so I help students with doubts about university life and sometimes about the course content.

Really Hard Things I enjoy Explaining
At school I really enjoyed genetics (DNA and gene expression, epigenetics…) and I have continued this onto my university course, so now that I have so much more knowledge about it I would enjoy going back and explaining the basis.
I can also explain anything related to biochemistry and the structures of compounds, which I know students without a background in Chemistry can struggle with.
